Excavation, Foundations & Fill

We have the equipment and resources to help with all excavation projects. Specifically, we can help with In Fill building lots, new house foundation excavation & backfilling, and the movement of fill material.

Grass Cutting Services & Lawn Maintenance

We offer a variety of services for the complete maintenance of lawns including; sod installation, hydro seeding, regular cutting, trimming, aeration, dethatching and fertilizing. We also provide treatment and repair for lawn damaged by grubs, and poor weather conditions.

Spring and Fall clean-ups can include removal of fallen leaves and debris, such as twigs and branches from your lawn.

Septic Systems

Southpaw is fully licensed and insured to provide professional design and installation for new and replacement onsite sewage systems. We also can provide septic tank repairs and inspections for your peace of mind.

Snow Services

Keeping our Customers properties safe and accessible; 24 hours a day/ 7 Days a week for Residential and Commercial Properties. We have an entire fleet of winter equipment and a highly trained crew, that take provide in our work. We constantly monitor for weather conditions and quickly respond to snow/ice events. Going with Southpaw means peace of mind for snow and ice control.

Snow plowing and removal of parking lots with heavy equipment, including: trucks, loaders, and dump trucks
Sidewalk maintenance with Small Skid steer loaders, snowblowers, and shovels
Thawrox salt, (an enhanced low-temperature de-icing solution), salting, grit & sand
24-hour access to a Southpaw representative in case of emergencies, including a night patrol crew inspecting all of our properties.
Snow blowing will be carried out after 5cm (2inches) or more in such a way as to best serve our clients in the professional judgment of the Contractor, and taking into consideration the next 24 hours of forecasted accumulations. If the forecast calls for only 5-10cms of snow we may wait until the snow fall has finished so everything is cleaned in one pass. BLIZZARD CLAUSE: In the event of blizzard or severe snow fall conditions i.e.; sustained winds of 50 km/h or more, or accumulation of 5cm/2 inches or more an hour, route completion times will be increased and it will take longer to service all Customers.
We ask for our Customer’s patience in completing the routes during Blizzard like conditions.
Any snowfall that is less than 5cm (2 inches) is the responsibility of the Customer.
The Contractor must be permitted access to your property at any time of the day or night.
